Mark your calendars!  On September 15-16, 2011, the Grains for Health Foundation is looking forward to delivering a cutting-edge event which delves into recent research in the area of grains and health.  It will be held at the Embassy Suites Minneapolis Airport.  A detailed schedule of the two days events will be available shortly.

The purpose of the Research Preview is to convene experts who can address cutting-edge research, concepts and opportunities to which the grains community might not otherwise be exposed. Attendees include scientists, technology leaders, consumers and regulatory experts in grain-based foods from all sectors including industry, academia, government and not-for-profits.

The Research Preview is an annual event for the Grains for Health Foundation.  Last year’s research preview had topics ranging from “Lunch: Leading Systemic Change: Examples from SoL, the Society for Organized Learning” to “Dietary Fiber – Much More than Roughage”.  If you want to learn more about our 2010 Research Preview, please click here: September 2010 Research Preview.
